Training

I started with SttMcr a few month ago and at the beginning I was a little unsure if this was the right thing for me as Iv has had a number of different trainers in the past. However as I progressed I started to realise I was becoming more flexible (e.g able to sit on the floor and cross my legs) it’s doesn’t sound hard however for a tall guy it is.

I wasn’t just getting a session each time I was also getting knowledge about how I need to move or even train on my own so I don’t cause injury to my self.

To some it up 10/10 service will highly recommend.
