Cupping is an ancient healing therapy, involving a trained therapist placing special cups on your skin for a short period of time to create suction in order to encourage blood flow.
Benefits include pain reduction, decrease in toxins and release of scar tissue tissue and fascial adhesions.
I was a bit skeptical about cupping as I have seen many athletes doing it but never knew why, since I have had cupping done I will always get it done at least once a week.
