ACUPUNCTURE/DRY NEEDLING

30min to 60min

Dry Needling - This involves a fine needle or acupuncture needle being inserted into the skin and muscle. The primary aim is to relieve muscle pain and cramping, whilst the treatment is also known to help improve flexibility.

Acupuncture - A part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles into targeted areas of your body to stimulate nerves in the muscles and under the skin.

Benefits include pain and stress relief, particularly when undertaking a course of either acupuncture or dry needling treatment.

Acupuncture

I was in so much pain with my shoulder. After seeing Javid and a course of acupuncture my pain had gone, and following a strict rehab plan my shoulder was better than ever.
